Permatron Aluminum Metal Mesh Mist Eliminator Filter

The Permatron aluminum metal mesh mist eliminator filter is composed of layers of aluminum slits inflated into varying densities of mesh, enclosed within a 1" or 2" galvanized steel frame. The filter consists of 12 layers of bonded and corrugated aluminum, decreasing in density from the air intake side, enclosed within a .017-.019 one-piece roll-formed frame.

Smoke and fumes are by-products of manufacturing processes like welding, rubber and plastic processing, and high-speed machining. Assembly lines use source-capture industrial air filter systems to reduce mist, aerosols, and fumes. Mist eliminators capture oil mist and remove water and oil droplets from cooling coils and evaporative media.
