To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Packages shipped UPS and USPS are insured, notify us of shipping damage or un-delivered packages within 20 days. We will ship a replacement unit or parts as soon as possible. We will notify UPS to arrange a return pickup. We are not responsible for schedule delays; replacements are shipped ground service.
