Permatron Aluminum Corrugated Metal Mesh Air filter

Permatron produces high-quality washable metal mesh air filters for various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They offer custom designs and manufacturing capabilities, and can also design and manufacture variations on their metal mesh models.

The filtering media is made up of numerous layers of 20 gauge aluminum slits that have been stretched into a mesh with hundreds of baffle-like surfaces and varying densities. A roll-formed aluminum frame with a.017–.019 single piece construction houses the mesh media. There are drainage apertures on the frame.

Model Types

• Model MMA-1"  contains 5 layers of 1/8” and 1/4” thick corrugated aluminum mesh, with wire reinforcement encased within an aluminum, rolled frame.
• Model MMA-2"  contains 5 layers of 1/4” and 5/8” thick corrugated aluminum mesh, with wire reinforcement encased within an aluminum, rolled frame.
• Model MMH: Heavy Duty Aluminum, retains 585 grams of dust per 2.25 sq. ft., initial resistance 0.077 in w.g., maximum temperature 275° F
• Model MMS: Stainless Steel, recommended initial resistance 0.075 in. w.g., UL 900
