Stainless steel cell grounding lever. The lever has an overall size of 2 x ½", 24 gauge. The lever has a 3/16" male spade connection for the light green ground wire. The other end of the green wire is attached to a tab on the power supply chassis. See wiring diagram in the Service Manual below. This spring lever is need to ground the collector cell. The cell is powered by two voltages (4200vdc & 8200vdc) with respect to chassis ground.
