If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or exchange the product for another one.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return instruction. Reply to your order confirmation email and request an RMA number.

Please provide the following to request an RMA number:
• Sales Receipt Number
• Product part number
• Reason for return

All returns must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.The shipping cost is not refunded on returns except where the product is defective or we are at error.

Shipping Damage and Lost 
Packages shipped UPS are insured, notify us of shipping damage or un-delivered packages within 20 days. We will ship a replacement unit or parts as soon as possible. We will notify UPS to arrange a return pickup. We are not responsible for schedule delays, replacements are shipped ground service.
