Permatron Prevent Bonnet is a washable polypropylene air filter for mobile and pedestal air circulatory fans. The elastic edging fits over the circular front side of a fanguard grill to stop dust and dirt from blowing out into the environment.

Processing and manufacturing plants typically relies on circulating fans for air cooling. These motors and fans can become covered in airborne contaminants from facility environment. The fan shroud air filter eliminates particle build-up and blow-off back into the facility and onto finished products.
Washable electrostatic filter media is available in white or black honeycomb woven polypropylene. Easy to clean media that is nonreactive to chemicals or corrosive environments. White media is FDA approved for food processing/AIB audit applications. Black media is UV protected for outdoor applications.
How to Measure a Prevent© Bonnet & Fanguard Filter
Prevent washable bonnet filters are available in 4 different styles. They are available in either black or white electrostatic polypropylene media, finished with an elastic edge. Made to fit any fan guard, ventilation exhaust opening, or air intake opening, the bonnets are manufactured to the EXACT size ordered, so measure carefully. Filters are not returnable.
Model BONNET When measuring for fit over a fan guard grill, measure up and over the front half of the grill. For flat faced or drum fans measure past the grill.
