Aprilaire 4704 seal kit for model 5000 air cleaners.Used between the filtering media(501) and inner plastic housing(4308) and contact point between the rear of inner housing and back end of outer housing. The insulation padding does not come with adhesive backing. Adhesive spray glue should be purchased locally for installation.
