Silicone gasket for all Reservoir Tank on TrueSteam Honeywell Humidifier part 50051144-001. Manufactured by Ace Seal, LLC; made in the USA silicone gasket with high heat resistance and durability.
This Silicone gasket is an exceptionally better replacement over Honeywell rubber gasket. Replaces part number HM600XGSKT.

Gasket Installation Tips

When installing the gasket, avoid using the handle to force the reservoir into place. Heat and water minerals can weaken the handle over time, and it cannot be replaced. Remove the humidifier from the duct and work on a bench, as this procedure is rarely needed. Ensure the gasket channel is clean and free of debris or old foam.

Press the gasket fully into the channel using your finger or a smooth tool, working around the entire perimeter until it sits flush, as shown in the photo.

Using only your hands, push the reservoir tank into position and drain onto the solenoid. Use the handle **only after** the reservoir is properly seated to secure it in place.

Q: Want to confirm this will fit a Honeywell HM612A1000 Steam Humidifier. Likely made in 2016 (delivered from Honeywell in January 2017)

A: Yes, the gasket will fit all TrueSteam humidifier models. The gasket channel on all models are the same.
