Honeywell Back-flow inline water valve assembly for all TrueSteam models. This valve prevents water from the tank from being able to enter the water supply. This valve contains two check valves fused together. The valves are labeled with an arrow indicating the direction of water flow, each arrow points in the same direction. This valve can be tested by blowing on either end. Air should only flow in the direction of the arrow. For a more thorough test, connect the supply water in the reverse direction, no water should flow. See the installation manual, page 21 for trouble shooting. Replaces part number 50030142-001
