Description

AQE Total Electronic Cell Cleaning Detergent is a potent liquid detergent specifically designed for cleaning electronic collector cells, mistbuster and autoclean cells. This extra-strong formula contains a blend of surface-active agents, grease solvents, alkaline cleaners, corrosion inhibitors, and water conditioners. It is safe for use on aluminum and excels at removing stubborn residues such as tobacco tars and other deposits that ordinary detergents struggle to tackle.

Instructions for Use:

Mixing the Solution: When using the gallon concentrate, dilute by mixing 1 part of cleaner with 4 parts of HOT water.
Preparing the Cells: If soaking in a tub, first rinse the cells and pre filters to minimize contamination of the solution.
Soaking Process: Submerge the cells and pre filters in the prepared solution and allow them to soak for 15-30 minutes.
Rinsing and Repeating: After soaking, rinse the cells and pre filters thoroughly. If needed, repeat the process with a longer soak to ensure thorough cleaning.
Adjust Soaking Time: Use a shorter soaking time if using a stronger dilution. Prolonged soaking can dull the new aluminum finish, although the cell’s performance remains unaffected. Prolonged soaking may also result in etched areas on the anodized finish. The solution can be stored in a heavy duty fiberglass cell cleaning container and be used again.

This detergent is ideal for maintaining the cleanliness and performance of your electronic collector cells, ensuring they remain free from hard-to-remove deposits.

For AUTOCLEAN PCU Cells:

Add the Total Cell cleaner directly to the detergent tank. DO NOT add water.
Concentrated detergent will automatically get mixed in the correct ratio by the AUTOCLEAN unit.
